He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Geiger and Ortha Mae Geiger (Melick); his wife Shirley Ida Wells; and his siblings, Pauline Eichler, Jeanette Hoepner, Shirley Greenleaf and Rev. Ross Geiger.
He is survived by : his children, Sandra Hyzer (Martin) of Caseville, Sally Anderson (Mike) of Ludington, Shari Schott (Kenneth) of Essexville and Scott Geiger (Jody) of Gurnee, IL; his grandchildren, Lori Trost (Kevin), Daniel Hyzer, Josiah Spencer, Nathaniel Spencer (Melissa), Ben Schott (Tonya), Kevin Schott (Cassie), Ryan Geiger (Sydney) and Megan Lowrey (Duncan); his great grandchildren, Elly, Zachary, Lexi, Dylan, Landyn, Brenden, Bryleigh, Emmett and Aiden; his siblings, Kenneth Geiger, Beverly McCarty, Keith Geiger (Janet) and Paul Geiger (Carol); and his sister-in-law Nancy Geiger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cass City United Methodist Church, Northwood Meadows, or Compassus Hospice of Cass City.
