He is survived by: his children, Hope Marie Ruth (Kevin) and John "Trapper" Leslie McIntyre Jr.; his siblings, Rose Green (Tom), James McIntyre (Connie Zablocki) and Jerry McIntyre (Jackie); his grandchildren, Joe Colpitts, Sabrina McIntyre, Jess Jr. (McIntyre), Joseph McIntyre, Jamie McIntyre, Emily Odium, Joseph Moses, Isaiah Moses and Cierra Davison; and his close friend Anna Kirk. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
