He is survived by: his wife Heather Dean of Cassopolis; his children, Erin Ransom (Matt) of Portland Indiana, Eric Burns (Alicia) of Cassopolis and Evan Burns of Shanghai, China; and his grandchildren, Owen Ransom, Emma Ransom, Landon Burns, Logan Burns and Lauren Burns.
