She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Phillips. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Joseph (Lynsey), J. D. (Tanya), Jennifer Metzler (Aaron) and Julie Serge (Matt); her grandchildren, John Benjamin, Mavis, Mason, Lucille, Olivia and Riley; her pet Jax; her siblings, Mira Gasko and Dr. Michael Gasko (Nancy); and her sister-in-law JoAnn Hopkins.
