She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham Harris and Lucenthia Harris; her children, Carl Hardy and Angela Hardy; her brothers, Clarence Harris, Larry Harris, Abraham Harris and Willie Dan Harris; and her brother-in-law Johnny Harris.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Allen (David) of Cassopolis, Michigan, Elaine Murrell (Leonard) of Dallas, Texas and Trentice Hardy of Sturgis, Michigan.; her siblings, Lee Harris, Melvin Harris (May), Cynthia Harris (Terry) and Deloris Harris; and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Harris (late Abraham Harris) and Lois Harris (late Larry Harris). She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
