She was predeceased by: her parents, Abe Bussema and Mae Bussema; her sister Ruthie (Jim Tanis); and her husband David Blake. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Tammie Poole), Scott (Kathy Poole) and David Poole; her grandchildren, Brandie, Brennan Yothers, Chelsea Poole, Cameron Poole and Aaron Poole; her great grandchildren, Kylie, Koleson and Crew; and her siblings, David Bussema, Rosemary Thalen and Nancy Raush (Allen). She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial donations be given to Pierson Bible Church.
