He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Harper and Blanche Harper (Essex); his wives, Charlene and Janie; his daughter Cathy; and his grandson Aaron.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Harper (Valerie), Dave Harper (Tonya) and Lori Bielecki (Pat); his son-in-law Scott Hayden; his stepchildren, Teresa Boehm (Tim), Tanya Sevey (Rick), Todd Hall (Mary) and Trever Hall (Ann); and his close friend Norma Guernsey. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, extended family.
