He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Cassie Kempainen (Randy), Hannah Yeo (John) and Zachary Yeo (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ayden, Isabelle, Nadya and Amara; his mother Shirley Yeo; his siblings, Lou Yeo (Mary), Cindy Kokx (Dave), Tom Yeo, Marybeth Corris (John), Ed Yeo (Lisa) and Annie Foley (Brandon); his parents-in-law, Denny and Linda Simmons; his siblings-in-law, Laurie Vollink (Todd), Gary Simmons (Becky) and Thom Simmons (Heather); his uncle Butch Jasinski (Nancy); and his nephews, John Wieczorek and Charlie Yeo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made toward the funeral expenses.
