He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Stephens and Marjorie Stephens (Mulder); his wife Marsha Stephens; and his stepson Gregory Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Stephens (Wendy) and Matt Stephens (Shanda); and his stepchildren, Erin Allen and Ray Sutliffe. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
