We are sad to announce that on October 16, 2025 we had to say goodbye to June Mabie of Cedar Springs, Michigan, born in Burnips, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Schestag and Ruth Schestag; her son Craig Mabie; her sister Avis Covell; and her brother-in-law Ernie Ruis.
She is survived by: her husband Don Mabie; her sons, Kurt Mabie (Sue) and Tim Mabie (Chris); her daughter-in-law Theresa Mabie; her grandchildren, Ryan (Koree), Mike (Tina), Nathan (Erica), Lindsey Dabrowski (Wojtek), Stephanie, Ali and Aaron (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Emerson, Failla, Eira, Ellina, Ella, Lily, Jakob, Owen, Kayden, Madi and Maya; her siblings, Harvey Schestag (Cheryl), Margie Ruis, Gary Schestag (Deb) and Cheryl Schoenborn (Chuck); and her in-laws, Leon Covell, Jack Eldred (Mary) and Tom Mabie (Claudia). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the K. E. Pike Funeral Home (13603 Northland Dr NE, Cedar Springs, MI 49319). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to East Nelson United Methodist Church, 9024 18 Mile Road, Cedar Springs, MI 49319.
