He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frank and Caroline Frank; his siblings, Harry, Jeanne and Victoria; and his close friend Brian Smith.
He is survived by: his daughter Kara Kessel (Joel); his brothers, Matt Frank (Michelle) and Jeff Frank (Tami); and his close friends, Dillon, Mark Carlson and Henry Anakwa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
