He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew VanderZee and Evelyn VanderZee (Eberhardt); and his wife Betty VanderZee. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Carter (Kevin), Robin Peacock (Daren), Robert VanderZee, Jr. and Rick VanderZee; his grandchildren, Christa McClellan, Sabrina Weston, Tashina Drovdahl, Brooklyn Vaughn, Landon, Preston, Dillon, Holden, Braden and Logan Peacock; his great grandchildren, Everleigh, Ellis, Greylen Vaughn, Izabella, Malachi, Emberson, Myles, Atticus, Adelyn and Aubrey Peacock; and his sisters, Judy Petersen (Mike), Dorothy Conner and Sharon Peacock (Derrick). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
