She is survived by: her husband William "Bill"; her children, Chad Smith (Carrie) and Krista Wolfe (Nick); her grandchildren, Amber, Kaine, Sienna and Eli; her brother Ralph Smallwood; and her sister-in-law Mary Smallwood. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
