She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carter and Leona Carter (Start); her husband Phil; and her brother Allen Carter (Butch). She is survived by: her significant other Don Wood; her children, Sarah (Wayne), Dennis (Renee), DJ and Emma (Justin); her grandchildren, Carter, Avery, Darren, Craig, Trevon, Alexis, Jordan, Jaxon and Ellowyn; and her sister Kathy Hartigh (Carter). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
