It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Winston DeKubber of Cedar Springs, Michigan, who passed away on September 23, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Susan DeKubber; his great grandchild Annabelle Black; and his parents, James DeKubber and Edna DeKubber (Lusk). He is survived by: his children, Robin Dorey of Greenville, Carri Curtis (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, Kris Hubert of Grattan and Steve Felty of Grattan; his grandchildren, Shelby Dorey (Brian) of Greenville, Haylee Curtis-Stover (Andrew) of Ionia, Colton Dorey of Cedar Springs, Amy Bennett (Ryan) of Allegan, Tyler Felty of Allegan and Tommy Hubert (Courtney) of Grattan; his great grandchildren, Asher, Gerald, Susan and Winston; and his siblings, Edie Bellamey (Ron) of Newaygo, David DeKubber of Cedar Springs, Mark DeKubber of Cedar Springs, Greg DeKubber of Norton Shores and Martin DeKubber (Deborah) of Cedar Springs.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Simpson Family Funeral Homes (246 S Main St, Sheridan, MI 48884).
