He is survived by: his mother Eula Clayborn Cook Echard; and his siblings, Janice Hagen, Phyllis King, Marie Strimple, Pamela Sellers-Eaton (Bill), Sheila Biston (Henry) and Kelly Warren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
