Mary E. McNett Obituary
We announce the death of Mary E. McNett of Cedar, Michigan, who passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Haakon and Realpha; and her husband Lin McNett. She is survived by: her sister Laura Clausen; her daughters, Shelley Sorensen (George Stacy), Katy Rosa (Mark), Heidi Schramski (Jim) and Suzy Buttleman (Jason); her nieces, Lindsay LePow and Meredith Aleccia; her sister Dagny Durdel; and her granddaughter Angel Stacy. She is also survived by daughters, but she helped raise 23 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, her two stepdaughters, her stepson-in-law, her 22 grandchildren, and her nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Martinson Funeral Home (115 N St Joseph St, Suttons Bay, MI 49682). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (203 N Lincoln Ave, Suttons Bay, MI 49682).
