Roger Wilson Hamel Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on September 3, 2025, at the age of 100, Roger Wilson Hamel of Cedarville, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Hamel and Nellie Erskine Hamel (Erskine); and his siblings, Arnie Hamel, Kent Hamel, Hope Hill and Jessie Quincy.
He is survived by: his wife Blanche Saylor; his children, Gregory Hamel (Marie) of Rogers City, Michigan and Dr. Annette Hamel of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his grandchildren, Rosemary Scovel (David), Anthony Hamel (Christine), Heather Labko (Jon) and Jennifer Hamel (Jesse Tardif); and his great grandchildren, Christopher and Payton.
