She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Jesse Wayne Yancy; her children, Michelle Yancy (Joe Evola) and Jeff Yancy (Mandy); her grandchildren, Sophia Evola, Dylan Evola, Jayden Yancy and Mikayla Yancy; and her siblings, Ronald Engel and Ellen Matlock.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home (30009 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A rosary was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary (25252 Van Dyke Ave, Center Line, MI 48015).
