He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Debbie Decker and Alva Noirot II; his sisters, Jennifer Kotaiche and Stephanie Noirot; his grandparents, Sonny and Evelynn Noirot; his brother-in-law Mathew Hoglin; his children, Tyrell Chavez, Dimitri Bell, Gage and Evalynn Noirot; his foster children, Ryan Mahler and Grace Grubb; his mother-in-law Rosie Chavez; and his siblings-in-law, Mackenzie Boatman, Alicia Oliver and Zak Snay. He was also cherished by father and spending time with his family and friends.
