He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Carlotta Aytes (Miller) of Central Lake; his children, Nicky Aytes (Brenda) of Alanson, Richard Aytes (Brandy) of Central Lake, Stephanie Wormell (Chris) of Indian River and Jennifer Fox (Andrew) of Cadillac; his siblings, Dean Aytes of Indiana, Sharon of Westland, Mi, Wanda of Ohio, Becky of Florida and Barb of Tennessee; his parents, Leonard Sr. Aytes and Venus Aytes (Potter); and his brothers, Jerry, Doug and Tommy. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Leonard's honor can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
