He is survived by: his sons, David (Michelle Kurtz) of Kewadin and Jeffrey (Joanna Miller) of Williamsburg; his brothers, Larry Miller (Mary) of Bellaire and Doug Miller of Bellaire; his wife Brenda Miller (David) of Elk Rapids; his grandchildren, Calvin Kurtz and Natalie Kurtz of Elk Rapids; and his nephews, Corey Miller (Zolziah) of Bellaire and Steve Miller (Madison) of Toledo.
