He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Sr. Galvan and Pauline Galvan (Pate); and his brothers, Albert Galvan, Paul Galvan (Butch), Richard Galvan and Danny Galvan.

He is survived by: his fiancé Stacy Rowe; his daughters, Brandy Davis (Ray) of Tennessee, Krysta Gibbons (Keith) of South Carolina and Audrey Galvan of Illinois; his grandchildren, Taylor, Shane, Carli, Cassidy, Hayleigh, Jeremy and Ellison; and his brother Antonio Galvan Jr..
