She was predeceased by: her parents, Herzhal Milligan and Geneva Francis Miller; and her siblings, Herzhal Milligan Jr. (Bubby), Michal Milligan, Shirley Rothwell and Gwen Cole.
She is survived by: her husband James Broome; her children, Daniel Soper (Jen), Amber Hellstrom (Michael), Deanna Sayer (Rick), Michelle Maloney (Thomas) and Shannon Collins (Scott); and her siblings, Kay Hunt and Laura Spevak.
