She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Melvin and Fannie Mae Hochstetler; her husband Kenneth Bernheisel; her son Kurk Bernheisel; and her brother Sherman Hochstetler.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Nicole Lugo (Ramon), Bailey Bernheisel (Brooke), Cody Bernheisel, Meara Pearison (Tyler) and Kendalynn Bernheisel; her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Paris, Ava Lugo, Kane, Kennedy Bernheisel, Fayah Pearison, Teygan Moore, Jocelyn Burgener, Carter Burgener, Elaina Burgener, Logan Burgener and Parker Burgener; her great great grandchild Beckham Lugo; her sons, Roger Bernheisel (Jenny) and Tony Bernheisel (Tina); and her siblings, William Hochstetler (Paula), Allen Hochstetler (Candy) and Dorothy Topash (Paul). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandson, and many extended family members and friends.
