He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Schuring and Beverly Schuring (Buckaloo). He is survived by: his wife Cari Schuring; his foster children, Charleston Schuring, Benjamin Schuring, Elle Schuring, Brianne, Wes Sheperd, Shantell, Matt Rumsey, Sabra, Lance Burrell, Ronda, Ted Mullins Connell, Trinity Johnson, Ne'Stell Johnson, Gage, Hunter Rumsey, Samantha Vargas, Ashlynn, Miley, Khora, River, Jupiter, Khayne, Roman, Ashley Vargas Alexzandria Long (Benjamin), Courtney, Arlen Nisley, Taylor Luck, Nate Loper and Mary; and his brothers, Bill Schuring (Shirley), Bob Schuring (Kendra) and Hank Schuring (Pam). He is also survived by MANY children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Centreville Seventh-Day Adventist Church (23683 M-86, Centreville, MI 49032).
It is suggested that donations made in Ben's name be directed to his family to support his younger surviving children.
