He was predeceased by : his parents, James Albert and Bertha Palmer (Baker). He is survived by : his former life partner Norma Plucinski; and his sons, David Palmer (Connie) of Centreville, MI and Larry Palmer (Myrtle Jo) of Centreville, MI. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
