He was predeceased by: his parents, John William "Bill" and Hazel Schragg (Rosine); his grandchildren, James and Kristine Notestine; and his siblings, Jimmy, Edmund "Mike", Robert, Victor, John, Carlyle "Joey" and Ireta "Susie" Zehr.
He is survived by: his wife Lydia Schragg; his children, Connie Younts (Gary) of Ormond Beach, FL, Tina Lammon (Robert) of Bradenton, FL, Frank Schragg Jr. (Judy) and Debbie Notestine; his grandchildren, Michelle Roberts, Dawn Younts, Scott Lammon (Stacy), Lori Lammon, Tara Smith (Jeremy), F. David Schragg III (Lauren), Steven Schragg (Brittany), Nicole Notestine and Kali Cooper (Matt); his great grandchildren, Hannah Roberts, Norah, Dayne, Cade Lammon, Maelyn, Gage Grosskunze, Kearia Schragg, Wyatt Notestine, Dylan Smith (Kim), Keegan Smith (Brooke) and Hayden Smith (Shelby); and his great great grandchildren, Bentley, Colton, Maddie, Dominic, Hannah, Rocky and Robert. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
