He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parker and Leta Mae Parker (Bickle). He is survived by: his daughter Heather Parker of Powell, TN; his grandchildren, Brianna Pratt (Austin) and Jade Blount; his brothers, Gary Parker (Lisa) of Centreville, Kenneth W. Parker of Centreville and Russell L. Parker (Karen) of Centreville; and his great grandchild Ella Mae Pratt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
