He was predeceased by : his parents, William Weide and Martha Weide; his wife Helen Hinds; his granddaughter Gail Feher; his brother Kenneth Weide; and his daughter-in-law Sue Weide.
He is survived by : his close friend Ursala Grailer; his children, Derek Weide (Collette), Gladstone, Mich, Ron Weide and Christine Cowling (Duane); and his sister Betty Huetmen. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
