He is survived by : his children, Rex, Kenny, Joey, Scotty, Mikey Hoffman and Vicki Hoffman; his stepchildren, Douglas Hurkmans, Kay Ann Hurkmans and Kelly Ann Hood; and his sisters, Sylvia Karrow and Marcella Rickmun.
