Bernadette Peterson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 6, 2026, at the age of 77, Bernadette Peterson (Charlevoix, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Peterson; her parents, Phillip Smigelski and Esther Smigelski; and her brother Philip Smigelski. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Peterson Sr. and Michael Glass (Amy); her grandchildren, Kathryn Linebarger (Ethan), Philip Peterson Jr., Michaela LeJeune (Shaun), Meadow Glass and London Glass; her great grandchild Sylvia Rose LeJeune; and her brothers, Jerome Smigelski (Joyce) and Frank Smigelski (Lois). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who held a special place in Aunt.
