He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Hodnett (Brandon) of Phoenix, AZ, Brooke McLeod (Robert) of East Jordan and Sara Christensen (Chris) of Boyne City; and his siblings, Etta Jett of West Plains, MO, Bobbie Knoblett of West Plains, MO, Debbie Tucker (Ken) of Hopkinsville, KY, Brenda David (Krista Fowler) of Charlevoix, Sharon Jepson (Tom) of Ohkay Owingeh, NM, Gene David (Sheri) of Stanton, MI and Don David of Midland, MI. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
