He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Martinchek and Betty Martinchek (James); and his niece Angela Martinchek. He is survived by: his daughter MiKayla Martinchek of Charlevoix; his siblings, Debra Martinchek of Charlevoix, David Martinchek (Kathryn) of Charlevoix and Brenda Morgan (John) of Charlevoix; his aunts, Harriet Hilden of East Jordan, Myra Hoffman of Ellsworth and Marilyn Brown of East Jordan; his uncle Bill James (Mary) of Charlevoix; his niece Amy Wolfgang; and his nephew Joey Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ellsworth Wesleyan Church.
