He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis McSawby and Irene McSawby (Cornstalk); and his daughter Shelly McSawby. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Meadows of Green Bay, WI and Melissa Boland of Green Bay, WI; and his siblings, Clint Bolton (Pauline) of Petoskey, Sandra McSawby of Charlevoix and Lois Peplow (Greg) of Kalkaska. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (1003 Bridge St, Charlevoix, MI 49720). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
