With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Bolt of Charlevoix, Michigan, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2025 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Collier and Margurite Collier (Cersa); her husband Russ; and her brothers, John and William of Cleveland Ohio.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Bolt (Frank Hasseld), Russell Bolt Jr. (Cindy Bolt) of Charlevoix and Robert Bolt of Charlevoix, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Hasseld of Edinburgh Scotland, William Hasseld (Sydney Massey) of Boyne City, Rusty Bolt of Charlevoix and Margurite Bolt (James Hilbert) of Lafayette Indiana; her stepgrandson Nathan Seals of Mancelona; her great grandchild Charlotte Hasseld; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Landen, Emma and Liam Hilbert of Elk Rapids, Michigan..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bolt Grange Hall Studio (3734 Marion Center Rd, Charlevoix, MI 49720).
