She was predeceased by: her parents, Douglas G. Knudsen and Thelma Knudsen (Hudkins); her husband Emory Sloan; her son Douglas Sloan; and her siblings, Peter Knudsen and Glenda Fae Ferguson.
She is survived by: her son James Sloan (Renee) of Dorr, MI; her sister Marie Yettaw (Mike Dionne) of East Jordan; her grandchildren, Dylan, Aiden, Kellan, Kenley, Henry, Austin (Rylee), Logan (Isabelle), Connor and Doug; and her sister Amy Vought (Kerry Turner-Sloan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
