We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Barbara Jean Christenson of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Madison, Wisconsin. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Slotten and Donna Slotten (Walford); her daughter-in-law Stacy Christenson; and her siblings, Phillip Slotten and Connie Forbes.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Christenson; her children, Kevin Christenson, Lisa Haight (Jeff) and Adam Christenson (Elysse); her grandchildren, Tanner, Grace, Kamden, Aubrey, Logan and Olivia; her siblings, Kathy Kurt (Pete), Jim Slotten (Patti), Robert Slotten (Barb) and Judy Bayer (John); and her friend Pam Heller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Last time I saw anyone of the Slotten Clan, was in the early 1990s when the USAF sent me to the Madison Base for a project. Judy and Phillip were in the yard at the 2001 Sherman house, so I stopped to say hello. Then on another trip (usually 2 day trips), I talked with Robert or James by phone on the evening between. I have missed you all for 54 years, Robert, Donna, Kathy, Barbara, Connie, Jim, Bob and little Judy who used to sit in my lap and tell me stories in the Mascoutah, Il. mobile home.”
