He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Cook and Sadie Cornelius Cook; and his sisters, Dorothy Cook Albright and Margaret Cook Morley Duhr. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fields; and his siblings, Ray and Elaine Rossell of Flushing, Michigan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
