Charles L. Green Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Green of Charlotte, Michigan, who passed away on September 11, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charles L. Green to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fordyce Green and Edna Green (Schwan); his sister Marguerite Burkhead (Doug); and his brother-in-law Lee Carpenter. He is survived by: his wife LeAnn Ruth Heisler; his sons, Jeffrey (Lisa) of Charlotte and Michael (Lori) of Laingsburg; his sister Susie Carpenter of Whitehall; his stepgrandsons, Cory Leffingwell and Jason Leffingwell; his daughter Angela Overholt (Brian) of Mulliken; and his grandsons, Denys and Nazar Overholt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Burkhead-Green-Kilgo Funeral Home (206 W Lawrence Ave, Charlotte, MI 48813). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
