He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Clarke (King); and his siblings, Matthew Clarke and Lori Clarke. He is survived by: his father Maynard Clarke (Kathy); his children, Tiffany Jenkins (Russell), Dale Clarke Jr. (Kat McClure), Tristan Clarke and Austin Clarke; his siblings, Sarah Gates (Tye) and Joseph Clarke; and his stepbrothers, Will, Dan and Wayne Fargus. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 nieces and nephews.
