He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Patrick West (Leona), Jennifer Decker (Jeremy) and Mickey West (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alysha and Mark Davis; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Braeden West, Ella West and Josh; his grandchild Jackie Decker; his great grandchildren, Alli and Trenton Hunter; and his sister-in-law Marylou West.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Alternatives (2432 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505).
