She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Husted and Judith Ann Husted (Rockafellow); her husband Robert Earl Polhamus Jr.; and her children, Tonya Barnes and Robbie Polhamus.
She is survived by: her son Gerry Polhamus (Sandi); her son-in-law Mike Barnes; her grandchildren, Angel Polhamus, Angela Burgoff, Bruce, Blake, Kody and Evan Anderson; and her sisters, Beverley Kelly (Malvern) and Mary Husted. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
