She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter E. Crapo and Louisabelle Crapo (Brakefield); her spouse Dallas E. Wortinger; her sons, David and Lyle Wortinger; her brother Burton E. Crapo; her great grandchild James Dale Geyer III; and her great great grandchildren, Damien and Isaac Shuman.

She is survived by : her daughter Cathy Miller (Roger Franks). She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great grandchildren.
