With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Leo Dean of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Dean and Betty Dean; and his sister Roseanne Dean. He is survived by : his sons, Shawn Dean (Mindy) and Brian Dean (Heide); his grandchildren, Korey Berg, Kyle Berg (Bonnie), Dawson Dean and Josie Alcala (Adam); his great grandchildren, Alanzo, Elias and Jayden Alcala; and his former life partners, Kathy Trungrin, Joyce Davidson, Karen Kator and Linda Rushing. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
