He was predeceased by : his in-laws, Mary and Gerald Evans. He is survived by : his wife Jill Cook of Charlotte, MI; his children, Jillyn (Paul Boldrey) and Nicholas (Jennifer Cook); and his grandchildren, Liam, Logan, Ethan Boldrey, Hannah and Austin Cook.
