He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Torok and Agnes Torok (Rashead). He is survived by : his wife Jane Torok (Bueche); his children, Jeremie Torok (Kristin) and Jessica Augenstein (Adam); his grandchildren, Kamrynn, Jackson Torok, Edward and Layson Augenstein; his siblings, Frank (Sandra), Phil (Marian), Raymond Torok (Tammy), Patricia, Kathy and Loretta; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Jeffrey, Johnathan, Bernadette, Rayanne, Sarah, Samantha, Tracey, Marcy and Megan.

In lieu of flowers, Marty would have appreciated a donation to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
