We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2024, at the age of 37, Matthew Michael Hart (Charlotte, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter Smith, Joan Smith and Gene Hart. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Hart and Theresa Hart (Smith); his sister Jenna Hart; his grandmother Shirley Hart; his aunts and uncles, Gary, Kathie Ayotte (Smith), Ed, Deborah Smith, Jeff, D'Lynn Smith, Carl and Cathy Anderson (Hart); his friends, Scott and Chris; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by numerous other friends, and constant companion.
