He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy and William; his brother Ward; his parents-in-law, Rual and Nancy Williams; and his brother-in-law Mark Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Fitts of Charlotte; his children, Joe (Janessa) of Charlotte, Kate of Traverse City and Niki of Charlotte; his brothers, David of Owosso, Steven (Jennifer) of Fairborn and James (Shelley) of Grass Lake; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Angel, Jillian and Chase. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
