He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tanner; his children, Heather Wright (Brian), Bryan Tanner (Stacy) and Jason Balgavy (Julie); his grandchildren, Hayden Wright, Garrett Tanner and Colby Tanner; his child Kendal Balgavy; and his sister Marcha Lippert (Douglas). He is also survived by his family, friends.
